Translation Services: We live in Odessa, we have been helping English-speaking expatriates and visitors in Odessa since 2006. Most of our services relate to English-Russian translating and interpreting for a wide variety of occasions.

Our English-Russian translation services support business meetings, showing you around Odessa, helping you find a short-term or long-term apartment. We also provide translations for you in meeting women you have come here to meet who do not know English very well.

We are not part of any marriage agency – so we represent your interests exclusively. As most visitors to Odessa are here to meet women it is useful to understand that marriage agency translators represent the interests of their agency.

We know what you want and what you expect and will do our best to help you enjoy Odessa whether you are here for business or leisure. You will get from us advice and information you are not likely to get elsewhere that can save you money, heartache and disappointment.

We offer the following discounts for larger jobs:
* 8 Hour Day: $12.00 per hour
* 40 Hour Block – 4 or more hours per day – $11.00 per hour
* 80 Hour Block – 4 or more hours per day – $10.00 per hour

Expenses: Any meals, tickets or event fees are expected to be paid on behalf of the translator.
Overtime: A 50% surcharge applies after the first 8 hours performed in a day.
Late Hours: A 50% surcharge applies for for all hours after 10 PM.

Apartment Searches – Odessa and Nikolaev – Whether you are interested in short-term vacations or long-term stays – we can help you find an apartment you will like at a price you can afford.

Provide the dates of your stay in Odessa, your specifications for an apartment (# of rooms, features, ground floor, etc.). For Odessa – specify whether you want to be close to downtown Odessa, closer to the beaches, or in the Arkadia section of Odessa.

Cost of apartment search service is $20 for short-term rentals or 35% of one month’s rent for long-term (3 months or more). The standard rate is usually 50% of one month’s rent for long-term apartments.

Airport and Hotel Transportation – We can arrange for an English-speaking driver to meet you at the airport with a sign holding your name to transport you to your apartment or hotel. We can also negotiate arrangements to cover any additional transportation requirements you may have.

Odessa Tours – We can book any tours in and around Odessa that you may like – several to choose from, but vary by season.

Other Services – In our time in Odessa – we have encountered a wide range of special needs and interests that would be difficult to quickly itemize – in some cases discreetly. Whether it is having a real coffee machine, an interest in seeing World War II sites, finding special entertainment for the weekend, taking advantage of cheaper airfare in Ukraine, or resolving other difficulties associated with travel.
